map addition suggestions

I was looking at maps on GameBanana and saw some good ones and decided to suggest a few:

for the Custom Maps servers:

• CP_Kuriast, a high-rated Medieval Mode Attack/Defend map
• ctf_convoy_v2, a high-rated CTF map
• Scorched, a well-done volcanic core area featuring 3 game modes:
  • Scorched (Arena)
  • Scorched (CTF)
  • Scorched (KotH)

for the Death Run servers, since it doesn't have a lot of DR maps:

• vsh_dr_block_v2, the creator of dr_office helped with this one
• Deathrun: Sawmill
• Deathrun: Horrors (Prefinal)
