New Make it where you can select to play special boss or not on VSH

Title, what I basically mean is toggling the ability to play as a special boss or just saxton hale, too many times I get picked as easter bunny or HHH which are probably the worst bosses for me. I'd rather not get picked Vagineer or CBS if it means I can only play saxton hale

for the little i play VSH i don't have much of an opinion on this topic, but wouldn't you have to change around parts of the plugin? (i don't have any experience with source outside of map creation) i always could be wrong about this. so im just a little concerned about this type of thing. so +0 for the moment untill i get a bit of clarification.
