Ex: 2:59 = 3 ref
So as you can see, as soon as the song reaches past 2:00 it goes from 2 ref to 3 ref, even if it's just by a second.

- We come to a agreement about your video
- You pay before I start making the video, unless you have good rep, in which case you'll pay after you receive the video.
- I put hours of work into making your video (Can take anywhere from a afternoon to a long as a week, depends what crap I have at school.)
- You gets the video (Probably by email)
- You pay me if you haven't already
