Did you spot it? If you spotted a. then you are correct! If you didn't spot a then let me explain why!

It's because I was the poster of a., but the rest were posted by other users and are therefore100% constructive and either supportive or unsupportive.

I'm confused as to why you even commented at all. What's the point if you haven't seen him in servers? Are you implying that because he's not on when you're on, he's inactive? Your comment is not constructive nor supportive/unsupportive. Always when people +0, there's reason behind it. Your reason is literally nothing.

Even the judge himself @Sargent¥ said that "Literally none of [what I said] was constructive" even though everybody is allowed to post on an admin application to give their own personal views and opinions of the applicant. Unfortunately this line was said in the unmoderated section and cannot be quoted directly.

If somebody just says "+0" and nothing else then I'd agree, but I didn't just say +0 I said I can't give a solid answer but I think he's not bad.

I've seen Xantam a fair few times in 2fort but definitely not enough to say I know the user that well hence can't give a +1, but I also said I didn't think he was a bad user which is more constructive than just posting "+0".

I definitely think people should post more than just two symbols, same for +1 or a -1 they should at least give a small reason so as to see any bias. And yeah I wouldn't expect it to be deleted or get a warning because it didn't break any rules.

I guess since you still care, let me debunk:

1. b was not Jermaphobe's fault as Johnny linked the wrong chatlog. The +0 was a merciful (and unintentional) -1, maybe he realized the logs wasn't Sniffy's but yeah, there could've been more to that comment. I won't disagree.
2. c has criticism, "but your chatlog pulled it down" literally means his chatlog needs work, that's criticism
3. d is a friendly +1, I'm not sure what you're trying to get at by referencing it
4. e is a -1, if you look at Defib's +/-1s, he very frequently uses creative +/- comments, like +defib for example. The number doesn't matter, it's the +/- that do (unless it's a 0).
5. f is criticism as well, he doesn't have issues in the user but sees a lack of effort in the application with no reports
6. g is the same as f, Luke wants to see reports
7. h is criticism, he wants backing to the application and sees a lacking of it

Once again, your post isn't criticism. Telling him you haven't played with him isn't criticism, telling him he just clocked 200 hours isn't criticism (he met the requirement, we don't ask for more) and saying he's an alright guy isn't criticism. I'm not sure why you're turning this into a personal vendetta but realistically, considering all your mistakes in the past, idk why you're even allowed to post in that section.

If youre going to invalidate a post such as neutral posts then you should also invalidate the posts from people whove been inactive in tf2. that should include admins who only file reports like glorified receptionists
and make it an explicit rule against neutral posts and inactive members.

If you're going to tell me that admins, people who have gotten the position and know the specifics of what an applicant needs to the core, shouldn't be commenting on apps, then I'm at a loss for words.
