user joelelpro has been the joining the server recently and proceeds to call numerous people hackers, and after the !votemenu cooldown timer is up, has been harassing others with votes to gag/mute/kick for no reason.

Bump. joelelpro is back and is harassing players. He's also trying to report me for "hacking". I'm obviously not a hacker, this harassment is just too much. He's a toxic, disruptive player consistently
