Jailbreak - "Vote Reset"

For those rounds that go absolutely nowhere, I think some fashion of a vote to just restart/reset/move to next round/slay all could be helpful.

Isn't AP only granted for playing TF stock rather than TF custom?

Granted I like the idea of like a 1000 AP unlock for the command but diehard JB players wouldn't have that much sitting around if all they play is custom.

All I'm concerned about is making sure this isn't used in retaliation after being killed by a kid, only to end a perfectly fine round.
