Jailbreak - make impersonating other players bannable/slayable

In jailbreak changing your name for impersonating resons can become a hassle with sevral problems that are a hassle for wardens and other players

1. Players use it to steal lr's / fds from others by changing there name to whoever recived lr/fd
2. Players use it to confuse warden, in term delaying and harming the warden day of another player
3. Players use it for voteabusing, on par with 1 if they get called out and killed they may pretent to still be the fd/lr and retaliate with voteabuse, these can sometimes pass

+1. I play Jailbeak all the time and this gets really fucking annoying. It is very deceiving and causes a lot of trouble.

I think the idea is great. I saw it happen some times aswell on JB.

maybe use a plugin to either prevent namechanging or temporarily force a prefix using the player's userid (not their SteamID, but the number that appears before each player's name when you type 'status' in console on a server)
