Is there are way to fix Lag Spikes

so i have lag spikes and have one question: Can you Fix it?
i tried to fix that for a while ago and still have lag spikes can some1 tell me how to fix that or is there even a way to fix that?:confused:

for instance, is this network lag, or drops in FPS?

Only drops in FPS my game is good my connection too but this lag spikes are the reason why i cant play deathrun anymore
