I believe that it is a subtle toggle/ aimbot. The arrows always seem to land on target, even when his crosshair is not on the player. I suggest reviewing the shots in slow motion. May also have wall hacks.

Also quite racist, check chat logs.

If you look at this guys friends list a very large amount have vacs, some even have 3. This is generally a good indicator of the company he keeps. I understand though this has to be judged on its own not by association.
