Problem solved. Internet Connection screwed up

Hi! My internet connection has been really iffy lately. Going slow, disconnecting randomly, timing out when loading things. I've tried rebooting my computer, router...and I've tried rebooting router through routers IP settings and nothing has helped. When I open Command Prompt and ping google it comes back saying "Request timed out" over and over". Any ideas?

Contact ISP. Could be cabling issue or their networking equipment.

Contact ISP. Could be cabling issue or their networking equipment.

forgot to update my post last night! I did call my ISP and it seemed like their customer service line was down and everything on my end seems to be fine today, so i think it was just an outage or something on their end.
