Interested in a "vsh_military_area reskin"?

So I've been following the guidelines that military area seems to follow which makes it an overplayed map, and I thought I'd make my own following similar rules. Here's a basic idea of what the map looks like:

It's basically military_area but following a specific theme, and of course being in an urban setting. I know military_area some of you hate, but atleast if we had this "reskin" it would ease the pain of playing the military/rats/toys cycle all the time.

Also if you think this could work, could you give me an idea of how t fill the space in the middle on the right?

The map looks even better now, the windows in the map are now more detailed. And I've added some other details just to make it look less boring.
