i cant have my red tame recorder​

hi skial admins! i am skial player and i do play observer spy in dead run mode( my favorite mode ) and observer spy have red tape recorder in his loadout.https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1827454620
but i cant have it. i did type !items and added red tape recorder in my loadout and also its in my tf2 loadout but in game i have that normal saper. please fix that i want use my red tape recorder​

DR servers are blocking the RTR given through items plugin, but not the RTR if you equip it yourself in the loadout menu.
