How do you use the items?

I bought an item from the shop in skial 10x randomizer but how do I activate it and im sorry if I sound stupid i'm new to skial :/

which item did you buy, try !sotre, inventory then equip the item you have bought

I bought the HHH boss and when I do !store and press on it again it says "You already bought this item."

You need to go to your inventory, not the store part of the menu again.
