how do i change my nickname after the limit

i got banned from skial servers on mid 2017, i didnt really care so i changed my name to "asshole" and after 2 years im back. Im planing on appealing my ban (even i already admitted that i cheated). I dont want to give bad impressions, so, how do i change my nickname after the limit.?
