Problem solved. High ping in a server help plz

I made a tf2 server for my group and when more than 15 players are on it, people's ping starts to spike up and down plz help me with this problem asap! Server ip is 108.205.200.214:27015

well, where your server is hosted may not have the speeds to handle that many people. can you do a speedtest on the IP to get it's speeds?

I have a alienware R4 running the server and i am about 30-40 miles from my ISP hedqorters or somewhere in San Francisco. Il post 2 imgs for you guys

If you are running it from your home pc with an upload speed of 1.87 you are going to have problems.
