Help with Medic Combat, v. III
I'm pretty sure this has been my 3rd "help with medic" post, but that doesn't matter.
So I've moved on from Valve Servers. I said to myself "This isn't building skill. All it does is frustrate me and is becoming target practice"
I tried a Skial server today. I went on, and used my usual class (Medic).
Immediately I noticed the change. I saw people wearing Unusuals a bit more, people had SPK Weps, and **they actually focused on the objective** (Gasp!)
However, there was a downside. Those people were on the other team as well, and everything got 100000% harder for me. I tried to get to as many patients as I could, I quickly racked up healing points. But I died a lot, mainly due to Pyros and Soldiers with 1000+ hrs.
So what I'm generally asking is, What would you give help to further my success at beating these hardened veterans? Keep in mind: I'm new to this more competitive atmosphere. I don't know terminology or tactics, I'm like an Italian immigrant plopped right in the middle of New York and told "Good Luck"
