Help on Rep?

Been thinking about getting a rep page for myself. Make people actually trust me :p. Anyway, can anyone help me make one? When i go to my profile, can other people post their experiences and rep me? Or?

To leave feedback, find a user's profile and click Leave Feedback.
If your feedback is less than 5, you can only leave 2 feedback every 24 hours.

Feedback is for actual trades or when someone is trying to scam you or someone opens the trade window and does nothing for a long time. Any other feedback may be deleted and result in a ban.

Your feedback MUST either say risky (someone went first) or no-risk (TF2, Steam, Middleman, etc) unless you are reporting a scammer or delayer. Feedback without this information will be deleted.
