Help on a Scout config?

So I'm deciding to get into 6v6 as Scout, and there's only one thing I need before I'm set to go, having a config for my Scout.

All I really want for it is to make it so primary is a small, light green cross w/ no viewmodel, secondary is a small pink dot w/ no viewmodel, and Melee is same as secondary's crosshair except it has viewmodel on at 70.

I honestly have no idea how these configs work, so help in making this would be appreciated.
