help!! mic spammer on skial won't stop, and votes keep failing

this guy has been on the server for ages and wont shut his music off. there are no admins on and yes, the vote in the video failed. ive been asking him nicely to stop and let me advertise but he keeps going. i think he has his friends on the server or something to vote no on the mutes
