Alright so I used the id thing and it was *supposed* to work. I typed in chat "/hat 11" and it said that it'll work when I die or touch a locker. I touch a locker. Nothing. I die. Nothing. What's the deal?
If you equipped a hat with !items, the !hat command will not work. Use !items to equip the hat AND add the unusual particle. The items plugin is an upgraded version of the hat command.
