Hale Concept: BONK Boy!

    -he has 10% less health than all hales
    -he has the ability to triple jump
    -last jump is a super jump
    -he is slightly faster than a goru (gloves of running urgently) heavy (a scout)
    -he uses an atomizer that if it hits somebody while he's jumping deals 1.5x damage
    -the atomizer itself will deal 0.5x less dmg
    -he will have the normal scout full of bonk boy cosmetics (Bonk cap, Bonk boy, Fast Learner)
    -when he uses rage he will become a scunt, stun every red around him by annoying them and gains 6 scattergun shots, after these shots are used the bonk boy will become bonked.
    -bonk boy while bonked cannot attack. obviously
    Even though i know this won't make it in, I would like to share my idea.
    These are just my ideas on stats, and i will be really happy knowing that bonk boy might be added in. (I allow anyone to re-balance/change the stats)
    I will try my best to respond to as many questions as I can.
