Is it an IP ban? The account was an alternate, and he threatened to come back with other accounts. He claims he's doing it because of you.

All bans are IP bans. He was only able to reconnect on an alt after his main was banned because his DHCP lease ran up overnight. And no he is doing it because he is a dork.
