Will you get mad if you lose admin: No! I do it to help the server to be better... Because ATM alot of yougn person micspam, and it's realy boring... Some people leave because of this. It's bad because, it's not what we want.

What do you type to ban your own SteamID for 30 minutes for the reason obvious aimbot?: /sm_ban #STEAM_0:1:34175826 30 "Obvious Aimbot."

Admin Experience: Not so far on Team Fortress2. But i had my own Dofus server, like 2 year ago. That a realy nice experience! Program mobs, items and thing like that... Create map...

What you can do is to be more active on the forums and get people to know who you are, until then I don't really see a chance of you becoming admin.

The fact is that anyone can claim experience and such but be of unsuitable character for an admin position. Posting on the forums helps give a judgment of your character, more connection times shows your dedication and activity in the community.

Total time you play tf2 has nothing to do with the time you spend on skial. God knows if you idle or not. 2 days connection time on a skial server....No.
