Help Me! Graphics card not stretching 4:3

My graphics card currently will not stretch 4:3 resolutions to fit the screen, meaning it leaves me with black bars on the side. Here is a picture of my settings;

In the past, these settings would stretch the resolution to fit the screen, but I think ever since windows 10 came out it has not been working. Does anybody have any idea? I have a Nvidea gtx 750 ti.

All drivers are up to date.

If anyone else is having this problem, it turns out that it is a problem with the new drivers. I guess we are just going to have to wait till they fix it. That or you can rollback your driver, but the option is not available for me, and probably not for you.

You can try to download the previous version of the drivers, if you still have the download for that. Though you'll need to uninstall the drivers.
