Good Soldier/Spy Unusuals around 1 bud?

I've recently become the owner of two unusuals:
A stormy storm capotain and a smoking whoopee
Since I don't main demo nor scout, I'm currently trying to 1:1 (I could add a key or two) for a nice soldier or spy unusuals.
I prefer higher visibility effects, but meh, an unusual is an unusual.
Watchu think I should I be going for (as in hats/effects)?

Why? backpack.tf sets a good baseline for how much unusuals are, and allow you to then go up and down from there. Its a good starting point, and it makes it so I don't have to search through outpost to see people trying to sell nuts and bolts mongolians for 8 buds.

Haha they got some wacky prices but its a good base.
