While playing tf2 the other day, I noticed something quite odd. A player would get on the mic for a moment, but the little speech bubble and the little notification would remain. Granted, my sound is broken at the moment but I asked the people if they were talking and they said no. I'm curious if it is just me, or other people are having this problem, and know how to fix it.

That is a screenshot of what I mean. As you can see, the notification remains even while not talking, and so does the little bubble above a players head. I have already been accused of cheating because I could see invis spy because of the bubble. It's quite game breaking, and hopefully will be fixed asap
