So i have these headphones called skullcandy grind wireless, and the problem is i can't seem to be able to use its mic at all. The mic being used when I'm using the headphones are my laptop's mic.
So could someone help me in this regard?

On a windows computer, you have to go into your audio settings and select which to use for input / output. Output would be the headphones, and input you would select to be the built in mic. Hope this helps.

Now another problem is arising. The Mic starts working but now I can't hear anything when I'm playing TF2.

Alright got everything working but the voice i hear i very thick now

So - from the looks of it, it's the same problem that I have.
Your headphones have two actual audio modes.
The first is for regular music, games, etc.
The other is for calls... the issue is that you can only use one.

So either, the sound isn't as good but you can use your mic.
OR you can't use your mic, but the sound is good.

so even you play with the thick noise?
