GeForce GTX 560 Ti vs Radeon HD 7750

So I am planning to pre-order watch dogs and I heard it uses a lot of PC power... I went to http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri (I googled "can my PC run") and i went to the reccommended tab and it says i have more than enough to run it under "reccommend" except that it recommends i7 instead of my i5, not that that matter though since I can run it but my video card is a bit out dated. I google'd both suggestions and the video cards are about the same price but i was wondering which one is better overall? thanks
