Flair! - Help

Hiya guys.
So, i've gotten myself a Flair! and a Decal Tool, but i'm having troubles getting any good decals, because of the size of the buttons. Anyone know where to find the like premade, or a template for the buttons?

There was a workaround to get the painterly filter back, but I forget how I did it.

I can try and dig it up for you if you want, because I'm sure you don't want all your pins the same shade of brown.

The painterly filter is no filter.
They removed it, something about putting red pins on a blue pyro was confusing people.
