New Fix the votekick system

as seen in that video, over 20 people voted yes and 9 voted no. 2 short. 2. short. (maybe it was like that because it was 64 player server, but 2 short???)
skial really needs to fix this system man, just remove the minimum required vote number.

isnt it like 60% to pass. i see it being unfair but just report it the system is mid imo yes but just live with it.
