Fix the /radio plug in.

Its been a while since it has worked and I think its time to fix it. Some players would like to have it running so when they feel the need they can turn it on with out having to play songs from there pooter or /gs.

I thought you guys disabled it shortly after the /gs command got implemented.

Edit: Is it possible to re-install the plugin across all servers?
