Approved Fix pootis bird on freak fortress

Currently he respawns the dead people on the red team with his rage instead of the blue team. This causes him to lose everytime.

I doubt he's going to be played much at all if he doesn't get his rage changed.

I tried updating the plugin. See if it works after a map change.
