Need Help Fix Dr_Black Mesa Motivator (Nuke Blast)

The nuke motivator in Black Mesa is only set to explode 20 seconds after stalemate happens, thus making the motivator useless. I think this map was tested on other servers where the round time is longer which gives the nuke a chance to explode before stalemate. Maybe make an update to the map for a skial version to meet the shorter round time.
