[FF2] The Gunslinger is working like the vanilla version

The Gunslinger is not working like it used to a few days ago. There is no extra hp, no extra firing speed and no jump boost. Is it intentional or something is wrong?

There were actually more changes, like the Eviction Notice dealing 39 damage the crit
