Approved [FF2]OPM Changes

[Maple Syrup]

Hopefully this is the last OPM changes I have to do. Some minor changes to both TFC and OPM.

//Minor OPM Update//

Changelog

*Rage dmg was brought back to 6500k. <Increase was to much.>
*Hp formula is now 480 again. <Decrease was to much.>
*Rage speed has been decreased to 400.
*Rage duration is now 6 sec instead of 5 sec. <Was supposed to be 6 sec but to do an error I made had to be 5 for a bit.>
*Initial superjump cooldown is now 5 sec.
*Superjump cooldown is now 7 sec instead of 9 sec.

I know the changes have been frequent as I have been trying to get him ready fast. This should fix him up finally.

*Crit-a-Cola duration has been increased to 10 sec.
*Demo shield buffs duration has been increased to 8 sec.
