Boss Theme

Boss Statistics
ADDED: "Blubber Expulsion" - Explode anyone around you! (costs 100 RAGE)
ADDED: "Feel My Pain" - Slow down everyone around you! (lasts 30 seconds) (costs 50 RAGE)
ADDED: "Decline a Suggestion" - Gives a temporary speed boost! (lasts 10 seconds, bumps your speed up to 400 HU) (costs 25 RAGE)
Stuns sentries for 20 seconds with any of his rages.
Health Formula: ((900+n)*n)^1.08 (N = Number of players on RED)
HP Loss until full rage: 9000 HP
Max Speed: 231 HU (same speed as Heavy)
60 second teleport cooldown, stunned for 4 seconds upon teleport.
No superjump.
100% knockback resistance
Spectacularly deleted upon death.
Added tons of new custom sounds!
REMOVED: basically everything that made him a saxton hale clone

(Also quick note for anyone who still sees him as untextured: just delete the Chaddiger file you have now [tf->downloads->models->freak_fortress_2 and then find the Chaddiger file] and redownload it by rejoining the server. He should have all his textures fixed)
