Approved [FF2] Add Sonic

Sonic has the fastest hale speed in the game, but does very little dmg.. in fact i made him do as much damage as a scout (35) but he swings very fast. His rage is basic uber, he only uber charges himself for 3 seconds, he also has 3 lives, and uses "chaos control" to slow down time for 3 seconds each time he loses a life.

I'm currently assuming that he's gonna be as fast as Miku? I'm not exactly sure. In any case, I'm gonna give this a +1.

This was after i figured why deon does so much damage.. so this config is where sonic will do less damage (at least im sure)
