You know, you can click the "Set Style" button when you select it from your backpack and change it from there.

Yeah as This Name Is False said, just go to your backpack, select the Fast Learner and then an option appears to "Set Style" (This option is next to the Delete and Restore buttons) in the bottom right corner of the screen.
