Actually it's a hacked save if you look at the pipboy, along with the caps. It's impossible to get that much.

It's pretty easy, just download the hack save and move that into your fallout shelter save data.

Obviously you're gonna have to rename and make sure it doesn't crash. "vault1" "vault2" "vault3"

Tried using it for my iPhone but it didn't work. I'll figure it out later. But, I did manage to get myself 999 lunch boxes.
