Everyone is being BANNED after patch

Everyone is being banned after this last patch on TF2. As soon as I killed someone I was banned. If you go here https://www.skial.com/sourcebans/index.php?p=banlist you can see a lot of people are being banned.

Ya i just got banned for no apperent reason from the server aswell. I cant post a picture but the ban is in there.
