I think this is very dumb however it would not be the end of the world because we can just make a system of sending encrypted memes and then decrypting them which will bypass all gay meme-blocking technology.

If the EU flag wasn’t public domain, I would help the effort of making it into a meme, so they would have to b& themselves.


In all seriousness, if it passes, it will be almost impossible to enforce. Even if they do, they are going to use something similar to YouTube self-learning robot. ( and we all know how that happened) Many innocent accounts will be banned, and a huge shitstorm will occur
