Approved dr_home_sweet_home skial version

A skial version of dr_home_sweet_home has been made to suit the vsh servers, this version also includes:

-Buffed motivator
-Fairer traps for both sides
-Exploits patched in the boss survival
-Special rounds are now random (previously activated only by noclipping)
-Fixed button exploits
-Added training_annotations to replace the glitchy game_text
-Fixed buggy doors
-Fixed many exploits
-Automode is available again
-More clipping
-General game play improvement

Also why training annotations just use game text tf
