Approved dr_bank_v2: The actual "Final Fix"

Okay, so, my fix for this map was partial as well (a couple of humiliations were still broken). Again, due to lack of knowledge but with the VSH mod and not mapping itself this time. Hale can only take up to 500 damage from trigger_hurt it seems.
