dr_baby_pirate_adventure_fixed1 needs to be removed from the Deathrun roster

The little square door towards the start of the map glitches almost every round and won't open for an extremely long amount of time. I've seen instances where it traps almost everyone on RED for 5+ minutes.

If you need me to get footage to show what I mean, let me know and I'll try to get the map picked.

I should also note that this doesn't happen on dr_pirate_adventure_fix1. Just on the shorter version of the map.

+1 and i also don't see any reason why there should be 2 dr_pirate's, i mean, the dr_baby_pirate is easier but it's literally the same map.
