Well for starters, playing music through the mic is spam to start off.

Second, if you know the song has possibly offensive language in it, why would you play it through the mic?
 
That would be another argument and we are talking about on how I am not a racist according to the other individual. I am not disagreeing that it is not spam... I know it is spam and I doing to gift. It is not in my practice to spam the mic :)
 
I think offering items for support should be an automatic disqualification, which is a shame because you seem like you are a genuinely nice guy but this kind of behavior just isn't acceptable for an applicant.

Also, why was this marked "Reviewing" immediately after he posted the app?

I think it should go to "Improve" and you can re-apply in the future when you aren't going to bribe people (at least not publicly) for support.

There are numerous times where I have seen people hack/ grief/ and cause inconvenience to others players and things don't get regulated in a timely fashioned manner. I do not wish to see other players have their TF2 gaming experience be ruined to one or other individuals who create a server nuisance. ​

It's nice to hear you donated, but youdon't need to mention that in an admin application. we can easily look up who donated and who didn't.
The same with you gifting a lot of items.
Both are verry nice, and i am not telling you to stop it, but this tells nothing about you being a good admin or not.

+1 , all in all, it seems that at least part of what the "bribees" said was true, also seems like qualified.

I'm going to -1 for now, while you may have support from people on the servers, some of the are obviously just bought with items/gifts. Come back and next time with some legit support not purchased support :/.
 
I'm not going to get in the weeds of that, there's exclusions to some. I "actually" have tons of support from other folks within the community who were gifted from me in the past. Those individuals have posted and are actual friends of mine. They even wear the gifted items :) IF ANY bribed supporters were involved, it was just 1.
