New [DR] Remove dr_undertale (and replace it with something else)

The map rarely gets picked anymore. I believe it should be replaced with another map of which there are quite a few good suggestions for.

+1 yeah i agree aswell dr undertale is barely fun anymore and there are interesting maps people find everyday so might aswell remove dr undertale and place another interesting dr map
