Video Donator rules

I just wanna know if this is allowed I recorded a two sessions and just wanted to know if it was supported or not,
A Donator using the spy class had the holiday punch gloves in skybox and used them to stun lock me while having his sniper teammate huntsman spam stun lock me in the then, the donator used the loose cannon to attempt to knock me off the skybox and killed me afterwards I attempted to get back on the skybox and witnessed him building a teleporter as a spy. Is this allowed, or rather should it be?

Donors are allowed to do as they please as long as they do not violate Skial's rules. There are no rules specific for donors.
