Donator Plugin not working for me

The donator plugin keeps telling me that I need to donate to use the /dsay command.
I donated some days ago and my donator service is supposed to end sometime in December.
Did my donation get canceled or what is up with this? There was also no Welcome Message anymore.

Maybe the system is down, you'll have to wait for Bot to reload it
Also sorry I didn't answer yesterday, didn't see your messages until after the game, and yeah you can just re-raffle it, but with a shorter amount of time
