Declined Donation through TF2 items

As stated before, many skial users are too poor or young to donate.
So maybe, since said reason, maybe we can donate to Bottiger a few ref or keys, then he gives it to an admin to resell and give proceeds to running the servers.
So I was thinking maybe 4 keys/10 ref could be like 2 weeks of donater perks. and 2 keys/ 5 ref 1 week and you get the point.
