Donated (twice) but having problems...could use some help - thanks!

I have read all I can find about the donation process and I've donated twice within the last two months ($100 total) but I cannot get any benefits to work at all. The servers I frequent are Badwater and Frontier. Clearly I am doing something wrong. I am not even sure if this is the correct place to resolve the issue. If someone can help, thanks for your time in advance!

Hello, what are you trying to use for example. Some of the perks are not available on quickplay servers and only on trade/idle.
